摘要
用燃煤电站脱硫灰、电炉钢渣、矿渣等工业固体废物以及化学激发剂制备出一种新型灰渣胶凝材料—DA固化剂,并对利用该种材料固化广州珠江疏浚淤泥进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,所制备出的胶凝材料28 d净浆和胶砂强度分别为46.0和27.3 MPa;5.00%DA固化剂掺量下淤泥固化土击实试件的最大干密度、最佳含水率、无侧限抗压强度和CBR值分别为1.754 g/cm3,15.35%,1.15 MPa和65.5%;并与水泥、石灰等传统胶结料固化效果进行了对比。
Through experimental test of solidification of dredged silt from Zhujiang River in Guangzhou, the paper described a novel kind of cementious material-DA solidification agent prepared with granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS), electric furnace steel slag (EFSS), semi-dry flue gas desulfurization slag (FGDS) and activators. It was found that compressive strength of DA-4 paste and mortar specimens at 28-day curing age were 46.0 and 27.3 MPa respectively; the max dry density, the best water content rate, unconfined compressive strength and CBR value of compacted specimens admixed with 5% DA-4 were 1.754 g/cm^3, 15.35%, 1.15 MPa of 65.5% respectively. And comparisons with traditional cementious materials such as cement and lime etc were made.
