摘要 目的对粪便潜血血红蛋白(Hb)肢体金试纸、转铁蛋白(Trf)胶体金试纸进行观察及评价。方法分另q观察了四种混悬液PBS缓冲液、3g/LNaCl、去离子水、生理盐水以及Fe2+,Fe3+,维生素C对两种方法的干扰性,并且对Hb/Trf二合一诊断试纸进行精密度、准确度、特异度试验。结果Hb单克隆抗体法易受不同混悬液及Fe2+,Fe3+,维生素C影响。PBS有利于Hb检出。当Fe2+,Fe3+,维生素C在一定浓度时可使Hb出现假阳性。维生素C也可造成假阴性。Trf单克隆抗体法不易受混悬液影响。当Fe2+,Fe3+,,维生素C在一定浓度时可使Trf出现假阴性及假阳性。PBS可消除Fe2+,Fe3+,和维生素C的影响。结论Hb与Trf联合检测便潜血灵敏度高、特异性强。Hb扣Trf单独检测便潜血各有利弊,联合检测可以起到优势互补的作用,提高便潜血栓测的准确率。若摸索出优化的实验方法排除实验干扰并科学分析检测结果,该检测方法会是一种很有发展前景的检测方法。 Objective To make observations and evaluations on colloidal gold test strip of fecal occult blood hemoglobin (Hb) and colloidal gold test strip of transferrin (Trf). Methods Separately observed the interference on the two methods of four kinds of injectable suspension PBS buffer,3 g/L NaCl,deionized water,normal saline,Fe2+ ,Fe3+ and vitamin C and made an experiment an precision,accuracy and specificity of two-in-one diagnosis test strip. Results Hb-monoclonal-anti- body-method was easily influenced by different injectable suspension,Fez+ ,Fe3+ and vitamin C. PBS was good for the de- tection of Hb. When Fe2+ ,Fez+ and vitamin C reach a certain density,Hb could appear false positive. Vitamin C could also cause Hb to appear false negative. Trf-monoclonal-antibody-method was not easily influenced by injectable suspension. When Fe2+ ,Fe3+ and vitamin C reached a certain density,Trf could appear false positive or false negative. PBS could elimi- nate the influence of Fe2+,Fe3+ and vitamin C. Conclusion The joint detection of Hb and Trf on fecal occult blood was very sensitive and specific. There were both advantages and weak points for the separate detection of Hb and Trf,and joint detection could improve the detection accuracy and complement each other's advantages. If optimized experiment method could be groped,the interference could be eliminated and the result could be scientifically analysed ,the test method will be very promising.
