骨纤维异常增殖症单光子发射计算机断层骨显像与X线影像的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析骨纤维异常增殖症(FDB)单光子发射计算机断层显像(SPECT)和X线影像的特点。方法回顾性分析1999年1月至2009年12月经手术病理证实的35例FDB患者的SPECT和X线影像资料。结果35例FDB患者中,单骨型(MFD)28例,多骨型(PFD)7例。MFD多数发生于四肢骨,PFD分布多集中在单侧肢体。X线表现:22例磨玻璃状改变,12例囊状改变,1例丝瓜络样改变。SPECT显像:病变骨呈局部放射性核素分布异常浓聚。结论FDB患者临床表现多样,常规影像学检查缺乏特异性表现,应取长补短,合理选择影像学检查手段,有助于对该病的诊断和鉴别诊断。 Objective To investigate and analyze the imaging performance of SPECT and X-ray in fibrous dysplasia of bone (FDB). Methods SPECT and X-ray were performed in 35 cases of FDB proven pathologically during the period of 1999-2009. A retrospective study method was used to analyze the imaging results. Results Twenty-eight of 35 cases had lesions localized in only one bone (monostotic), 7 cases had them in many bones (polyostotic). Monostotic most occurred in bones of limbs, Polyostotic more involved in the unilateral limb. X-rays: Ground-glass-like changes in 22 cases,cystic swelliilg in 12 cases, loofah-like changes in one case. SPECT: Bone lesions showed localized increased radionuclide uptake. Conclusion Manifestations of FDB are various. The conventional imaging is lack of specific performance. The imaging examination should be referred each other and selected reasonably for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
