在当前世界经济全球化与世界政治多极化的国际大背景下,构筑朝鲜半岛的长效和平机制需要朝鲜半岛的南北合作,也需要朝鲜半岛的周边协作,更需要联合国的协调作用,以推动朝鲜半岛朝着和解、和平、统一的方向顺利迈进,这不仅有利于促进朝鲜半岛南北双方的和平发展,也有利于推进东亚各国的区域经济一体化进程。

With the economic globalization and world multi-polarization of the international political,in order to build long-term peace mechanism on the Korean Peninsula,which needs Korean Peninsula and North-South cooperation,also need to collaborate around the Korean peninsula,but also requires the coordinating role of the United Nations to promote toward reconciliation on the Korean Peninsula,peace,unity in the direction smoothly forward,it not only promotes the peace development between the two Koreas,but also conducive to promoting the process of regional economic integration among the East Asian countries.
