兼容多标准的高性能驱动电路的设计 被引量:2

摘要 提出了一种应用在大尺寸TFT-LCD的时序控制器和列驱动器之间可以在RSDS、mini-LVDS、PPDS之间进行切换的驱动电路。在TSMC90nm Mix-Signal Salicide(1.2V/3.3V)工艺下,采用ADMS进行仿真得到:RSDS、mini-LVDS、PPDS这3种标准的最高传输速率分别可以达到200Mbps、400Mbps和800Mbps,且在不同的工作条件下,驱动电路精确性,可靠性和稳定性良好。 We present a driver used between the timing controller and column driver of the large scale TFT-LCD.The driver can be switched among RSDS,mini-LVDS and PPDS.Verified by circuit simulation in ADMS in TSMC 90 nm Mix-Signal Salicide(1.2 V/3.3 V) process,the driver features maximum data rates of 200 Mbps,400 Mbps and 800 Mbps in standards of RSDS,mini-LVDS and PPDS respectively.This driver is accurate and has good reliability and stability in different condition.
