制萎扶胃浓缩丸对小鼠胃肠动力的影响及急性毒性研究

Effect of Zhiwei Fuwei Concentrated Pill on Gastrointestinal Motility of Mice and Acute Toxicity Study

目的:研究制萎扶胃浓缩丸对小鼠胃肠动力的影响及急性毒性。方法:通过测定小鼠胃排空率和肠推进率研究制萎扶胃浓缩丸对小鼠胃肠动力的影响,采用测定LD50评价制萎扶胃浓缩丸急性毒性。结果:制萎扶胃浓缩丸对小鼠胃排空有一定的促进作用(P<0.01),对正常小鼠肠推进未见明显影响,制萎扶胃浓缩丸未见明显急性毒性反应。结论:制萎扶胃浓缩丸对小鼠胃肠动力具有促进作用,口服安全性较高。

Objective：To study the effect of Zhi-wei-fu-wei concentrated pill（ZWFWCP） for gastrointestinal motility and experiment of acute toxicity in mice.Methods：To investigate this effect by testing the gastric emptying rate and intestinal propulsion rate,to determine ZWFWCP acute toxicity by LD50.Result：ZWFWCP can inhibit the gastric emptying in mice（P0.01）.It had no effect the intestinal propulsion and acute toxicity in mice.Conclusion：ZWFWCP can promote the gastrointestinal motility,and had better security by orally.
