摘要
功率放大器是数传发射机中的关键部件,它制约整个系统性能。采用集成电路与分立元件相结合的设计思想,依据功率放大器的匹配理论对电路部分进行设计,采用微波电路仿真软件SERENADE对电路进行了仿真与优化。经测试,功放的工作频段为7.9~8.3GHz,线性增益大于34dB,驻波系数小于1.5,1dB压缩点的输出功率大于40dBm。当输入QPSK调制信号码速率为300Mbps时,通过功放后的恶化量不大,满足技术要求。通过具体电路实现,验证了设计方法的正确性及可行性。
Power amplifier is the most important data transmission component,which restricts the whole system performance.The design is to combine MMIC with the discrete component,and the matching theory of the power amplifier is used to design the circuit.The whole circuit is simulated and optimized by microwave circuit CAD software SERENADE.In actual test of this PA,the operation band is 7.9~8.3 GHz,linear gain34 dB,VSWR1.5,P1dB40 dBm and the parameter of QPSK modulation signal(300 Mbps)which is amplified with small quantity of deterioration.It can satisfy technical requirement.The feasibility of this design is verified by making and testing.
