孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘50例疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of Montelukast in treatment of 50 children with cough variance asthma

目的探讨孟鲁司特对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗效果。方法100例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机的分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上给予孟鲁司特口服治疗。1月后比较两组的临床疗效，并随访6月，观察两组的复发情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为92．0％，优于对照组76．0％（χ^2=4．762，P〈0．05）；6个月后复发率治疗组为12％，对照组为30％，两组差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4．883，P〈0．05）。结论孟鲁司特能够明显的提高咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。

Objective To study the curative effect of montelukast in treatment of cough variance asthma. Methods 100 cough variance asthma children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group 50 patients. The control group were given ordinary treatment, and the treatment group were given montelukast except received ordinary treatment. Then the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups after 1 mouth treatment. All children were followed up for 6 months to observe the two group＇s recurrence rate. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （92.0%） was obviously higher than that of the control group （76.0%）, and there was significant statistical difference （ χ^2 = 4. 762, P 〈 0.05 ） ; The cough recurrence rate of the trentment group was 12%, but that of the control group was 30%, and there was significant statistical difference （ χ^2 = 4. 883, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Montelukast could obviously raise the therapeutic effect,and worthy to be widely used.
