摘要
对于电动车电池的配组,第一要掌握配组原则,第二要确定合理的配组标准。本文着重论述了按配组原则和配组标准,在容量检测放电阶段放电电压终止点或电压测量点选择的重要性。试验数据表明,它和放电压差范围的确定同等重要,是相互关联的。同时,以试验数据证明,人工测量时间差带来的压差误差不可避免,会给配组带来误导。带数据输出接口设备能同时检测一回路中每只电池的放电电压,并将数据储存,避免了由于测量时间差带来的压差误差,给提高配组率和准确性带来极大好处。
If we want to match the electric bicycle batteries,first,we should grasp the principle of matching and difine a reasonable matching standard.In this paper,the authors mainly emphasized the importance of discharge voltage terminating point as well as the choice of voltage measuring point,during the discharge stage of capacity test according to the matching principle and the matching standard.The data of the test showed that the choice of voltage measuring point was as important as the confirmation of voltage difference were in relation to one another.In addition,the data also showed that the error of voltage difference caused by manual measurement is unavoidable,which would mislead the matching.The equipment with data output interface can simultaneously measure the voltage of each battery in the same loop,and store the data.This can avoid the voltage difference error due to measurement time difference and contribute to improving the rate and accuracy of matching.
