摘要
目的：通过对比经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术与膀胱部分切除术治疗膀胱肿瘤的术后并发症及其护理，探讨膀胱肿瘤有效的治疗及护理方法。方法：分析膀胱肿瘤电切术与膀胱部分切除术治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床资料，将各指标进行统计学处理。结果：膀胱肿瘤电切术组在平均住院时间、感染及不稳定膀胱症状、复发再手术上，效果均明显好于膀胱部分切除术。p〈O．01，差异有显著性，具有统计学意义。结论：膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤操作简单、疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。再加之合理、对应的护理，能及时发现和处理井发症，提高患者的生活质量。
ObjectiveTo compare transurethral resection of bladder tumor and partial cystectomy for bladder cancer and the care of postoperative complications, effective treatment for bladder cancer and nursing methods. Methods： The bladder tumor resection and partial eystectomy for bladder cancer clinical data for each of the index for statistical analysis. Results： The resection of bladder tumor group in the average length of stay, infection and unstable bladder symptoms, recurrence after surgery, the results were significantly better than partial cystectomy, p 〈0.01, significant difference with statistical significance. Conclusion： The bladder tumor resection of bladder tumors is sim- ple, effective, worthy of clinical application. Coupled with a reasonable, eorrespending to the care, to detect and handle well eomplieations, improve patient quality of life.
