摘要
目的探讨改良横裁包皮带蒂岛状皮瓣法（transverse tube island flap,Duckett术）治疗尿道下裂临床效果。方法回顾性分析34例采用Duckett术和4l例采用改良Duckett术治疗尿道下裂的临床资料，比较分析两组病例临床治疗效果和并发症情况。结果改良Duckett术：1次手术成功29例，成功率为85．3％，术后并发症5例，发生率为14．7％；传统Duckett术式：1次手术成功25例，成功率为61．O％，术后并发症16例，发生率为39．O％；两组手术成功率和术后并发症比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论改良Ducker术治疗尿道下裂手术成功率高，并发症少，有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective Improved cress-cutting of the foreskin pedicle island flap （transverse tube island flap, Duckett technique） in the treatment of hypospadias clinical effects.Methods Retrospective analysis of 34 cases and 41 cases of patients with Duckett by the im- proved treatment of hypospadias Duckett clinical data, comparative analysis of two cases of clinical outcomes and complications.Results Modified Duckett technique： 1 operation was successful in 29 cases, the success rate was 85.3%, postoperative complications, 5 cases was 14.7%; traditional surgical Duckett： 1 operation was successful in 25 cases, the success rate was 61.0%, postoperative Complications in 16 cases, the rate was 39.0%; two surgical success rate and postoperative complications, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Improved treatment of bypospadias Dnckett high suecess rate, fewer complications, better clinical value.
