腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者的临床护理体会

目的总结腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者的护理措施。方法回顾性分析、总结我院128例腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者的临床资料。结果本组病例均在腹腔镜下成功完成手术，平均住院时间（9．2±3．1）d，无1例发生并发症，近期复查结果无1例复发。结论做好心理护理和术前准备，术后密切观察生命体征，加强引流管的护理，做好并发症的观察和护理，促进患者的早日康复。

Objective To investigate the nursing measures for gastric cancer patients undergoing radical correction under laparoscope. Methods Analyze and summarize the data of 128 gastric cancer patients undergoing radical correction under laparoscope retrospectively. Results The operations were successful and none of the complications occurred. The average hospital stay was （9.2± 3.1 ） d. According to the results of recheck, no patients recidivated. Conclusion To strengthen preoperative psychological care and preoperative preparation, observing vital sign of patients closely and enhance drainage tube care after the operation can promote the recovery of patients.
