ALT活性增高淘汰原因分析
摘要
丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT），目前是献血者筛选的一个非特异性检测指标，由于ALT活性受多种因素的影响，血站对血液检测标准又是赖氏法≤25卡门氏单位，因此测定结果≥25卡门单位单位的血液均被淘汰造成血液的浪费。
