云南红药胶囊与银杏叶片在治疗眼底出血性疾病中的应用

Application of Yunnan Hongyao Capsule Combined with Ginkgo Biloba Tablet therapy for Fundus Bleeding Disease

目的观察云南红药胶囊与银杏叶片联合治疗眼底出血性疾病的疗效。方法连续收集近年来门诊就诊患者56例(73眼)纳入临床观察,出血一周内应用云南红药胶囊口服,3粒/次,3次/d;1周后联用银杏叶片1片/次,3次/d,疗程均为14d,治疗前后分别行视力比较并复查眼底。结果治疗总有效率91.8%,治疗后视力明显提高,疗效显著,具有明显止血和促进积血吸收的作用。结论云南红药胶囊与银杏叶片联合治疗眼底出血性疾病效果好,给药方便,是一种有效和安全的方法。

Objective To observe the effect of the combination therapy of the Yunnan Hongyao capsule and the ginkgo biloba tablet on the fundus bleeding diseases.Methods Collected 56 Patients（73 eyes） as the clinic observation.Patients who get fundus bleeding within 1 week were treated with Yunnan Hongyao capsule 3 times a day and 3 pills at one time.ginkgo biloba tablet were used as the combination therapy after 1 week,3 times a day and 1 pill at one time.The treatment both lasted for 14 days.Compare the vision and observe the fundus both before and after the treatment.Results The total efficiency is 91.8 percent.The effect was obvious and the vision had great promotion after the treatment.The effect of the hemostasis and Hemorrhage absorption is great.Conclusion The combination therapy of the Yunnan Hongyao capsule and the ginkgo biloba tablet is a secure,effective and convenient way to cure the fundus bleeding diseases.
