摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下治疗不孕症患者围手术期的护理价值。方法 2007年1月至2010年12月,良庄矿业公司医院对95例不孕症患者(原发性不孕44例,继发性不孕51例)行腹腔镜下输卵管粘连松解、卵巢纤维膜剥脱治疗,术中同时施行输卵管染色通液术,并给与围手术期的精心护理,护理资料进行回顾分析。结果所有患者手术经过顺利,围手术期情绪稳定,无并发症发生。结论围手术期相关护理及健康教育能够保证不孕症患者腹腔镜技术的顺利实施。
Objective To explore the signification of perioperative nursing care and health care education for infertile women applied of combination with laparoscopy.Methods 98 patients（Primary infertility and secondary infertility was 44 cases and 51cases,respectively） were treated by laparoscopy and dye-test using catheterization of the tubal ostium by hysteroscopy from January 2007 to October 2010.The data resulting from the cases with perioperative nursing care and healthcare education experience was reviewed retrospectively.Results All the procedures were achieved successfully.The patients were comfortable.There was no complication.Conclusion It was so important for the success of the procedure that the proper perioperative nursing care and healthcare education were made.
