摘要
采用等体积浸渍法制备了不同Pd负载量和不同Pd与Zn物质的量比的PdZn/Al_2O_3甲醇水蒸汽重整颗粒催化剂,结果表明,Pd负载质量分数9.25%和n(Pd):n(Zn)=0.24的催化剂表现出较佳的催化性能。XRD表征表明,由于生成了较大的Pd-Zn合金粒子,从而有利于甲醇重整反应的进行。制备了金属壁载型PdZn/Al_2O_3/FeCrAl重整催化剂,应用于不锈钢平板式微型制氢反应器,催化性能良好,在反应温度623 K、纯甲醇空速1600 mL·(h·g)^(-1)和水与醇物质的量比为1.2条件下,表现出高活性和高选择性,并具有较好的稳定性。
PdZn/Al2O3/FeCrAl catalysts with different Pd loadings and Pd/Zn molar ratio for methanol steam reforming to hydrogen production were prepared by impregnation method and characterized by XRD. The experimental results showed that the catalyst with Pd loading of 9.25 % and Pd/Zn molar ratio of 0.24 exhibited better catalytic properties for methanol steam reforming due to the formation of largersize Pd-Zn alloy particles. 9.25 % PdZn (0.24)/Al2O3/FeCrAl catalyst used in stainless steel micro-react or possessed high activity and selectivity, and better stability under the condition of reaction temperature 623 K,space velocity 1 600 mL·(h·g)^-1 and H20/methanol molar ratio 1.2.
