顺式阿曲库铵和罗库溴铵的肌松恢复情况比较 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨临床实际应用顺式阿曲库铵和罗库溴铵的肌松恢复情况比较。方法全凭静脉麻醉下,给予顺式阿曲库铵0.15mg/kg或罗库溴铵0.6mg/kg后气管插管,术中追加适量肌松药以维持术中TOF计数为1或2个颤(简称1或2)。手术结束,在TOF计数为2时,给予新斯的明0.05mg/kg和溴环扁吡酯(胃长宁)10ug/kg进行拮抗,拮抗后5min开始监测TOF反应,直至TOF比值(T4/T1)达到0.90时结束监测。结果顺式阿曲库按组最后一次追加肌松药到拮抗的时间为(17.1±8.3)min,罗库溴铵组最后一次追加肌松药到拮抗的时间为(16.4±11.6)min。结论显示顺式阿曲库铵和罗库溴铵的肌松恢复情况无显著差异。
