影响异位妊娠因素临床分析

Clinical factors analysis of ectopic pregnancy

目的：分析异位妊娠的影响因素,为预防异位妊娠发生提供科学依据。方法：回顾性分析我院2007年7月~2009年6月收治的126例异位妊娠患者,以同期157例正常妊娠妇女为对照,对可能影响异位妊娠的临床因素（年龄、吸烟、流产史、紧急避孕史、宫内节育、月经紊乱、妇科炎症史、下腹部手术史）进行多因素分析。结果：年龄、流产史、紧急避孕史、宫内节育、妇科炎症史均是影响异位妊娠的因素,多因素回归分析显示流产史和妇科炎症史是影响异位妊娠发生的最危险因素。结论：异位妊娠的发生与多种因素有关,防治妇科炎症、减少流产次数是有效降低异位妊娠发病率的重要手段。

Objective：To analyze the clinical factors of ectopic pregnancy and to provide the scientific basis for ectopic pregnancy prevention.Methods：126 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from July 2007 to June 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.157 cases of normal pregnancy were included in the control group.Possible related clinical factors of ectopic pregnancy,such as age,smoking,abortion,emergency contraception,intrauterine contraception,menstrual disorders,gynecological inflammation and lower abdominal surgery were analyzed by multiple regression analysis.Results：Age,abortion,emergency contraception,intrauterine contraception and gynecological inflammation were the induced factors of ectopic pregnancy.Multiple regression analysis showed that gynecological inflammation and abortion were the highest risk factors for ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion：The incidence of ectopic pregnancy is related with variety of factors.Prevention and treatment of gynecological inflammation,and abortions reduce are important methods to reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy.
