呼吸机螺纹管干燥方法的研究

A research on drying method of ventilator corrugated tube

目的:探讨不同方法干燥呼吸机螺纹管的效果。方法:将相同型号的呼吸机螺纹管进行彻底清洗后,分别采用直接干燥柜烘干(对照组)和95%酒精+干燥柜干燥(试验组),观察干燥时间。结果:清洗后干燥时间:对照组长、短呼吸机螺纹管分别为(48±1.5)min、(42±1.5)min;试验组长、短呼吸机螺纹管分别为(25±1.0)min、(22±1.0)min,两种干燥方法比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:呼吸机螺纹管用95%酒精+干燥柜双重干燥的方法优于单纯干燥柜烘干方法。

Objective：To research the effectiveness of different drying methods of ventilator corrugated tube.Methods：The ventilator corrugated tubes with the same model were thoroughly cleaned and then separately dried by drying cabinet only（control group） and 95% alcohol with drying cabinet（trial group）.The drying time of both methods was observed.Results：The drying time after reprocessed was（48±1.5）min for long corrugated tube and（42±1.5） min for short corrugated tube in the control group,while in the trial group（25±1.0） min for long corrugated tube and（22±1.0）min for short corrugated tube,with significant different between the 2 kinds of drying methods（P0.01）.Conclusion：Using both 95% alcohol and drying cabinet is superior to drying cabinet only in drying the ventilator corrugated tube.
