Discussion on treatment rule Taking Pass as Use

升降出入是五脏六腑的根本,五脏六腑之病皆因气机升降出入的不平衡,是故治病应"以通为用"。六腑以通为用早已为大家熟知,但五脏的以通为用鲜有所闻,本文就从五脏的功能和病机来阐述五脏的以通为用的原因。

Ascending,descending,entering and exiting are the basis of five internal organs and six hollow organs,their sickness is caused by the imbalance of ascending,descending,entering and exiting of vital energy.Therefore,treating sickness should adopt Using Pass As Use.The six hollow organs with Taking Pass As Use have been already known very well by everybody,but the five internal organs Taking Pass As Use have been rarely heard.From five internal organs＇ physiology and pathogenesis,this article elaborates the reasons for five internal organs Taking Pass As Use.
