摘要
利用开发的EngineCFD-Ⅱ程序,对S1100涡流室式柴油机压缩过程的气流运动进行了三维数值模拟论述了不同坐标系对网格划分和计算结果的影响,详细分析了直角坐标系下复杂体系边界条件的处理方法,给出三维模拟的计算结果,找出了涡流室内气体运动的真实过程和运动规律:在整个压缩过程中,涡流室内不存在刚体涡流,其窝心是在不断变化的,涡心位置的变化是主涡流运动和由主燃室经通道“压入”涡流室内的“射流”
Three-dimensional numerical simulation of the gas flow in swirl chamber was carried out with the newly developed program Engine CFD-Ⅱ. The effects of different coordinates on grids and calculation results, and the methods of the boundary condition for complex geometric system were analyzed in detail. The results exhibit the law and the true process of the gas flow in swirl chamber. During the compressing stroke,there is no rigid-swirl in the turbulence-chamber and the position of the swirl nucleus changes with time, which is the comprehensive result of the swirl in the turbulence-chamber and the jet flow compressed from the main-chamber to the turbulence-chamber through the port.
