摘要
在现行的行业标准及专业文献中,柴油机及喷油泵的速度特性仅仅反映了出油阀的校正作用,而没有反映弹簧校正器等对扭矩储备和油量校正的影响因此,调速特性上的扭矩曲线和外特性扭矩曲线是有区别的,外特性上的最大扭矩并不是柴油机的最大扭矩,不能以此作为计算扭矩储备、确定最大扭矩点对应转速、考核最大烟度等的依据;调速特性上的最大扭矩才是柴油机的实际最大扭矩同样,在实际调试工作中,当喷油泵带有弹簧校正器时,不应按喷油泵速度特性的校正油量来进行匹配为了解决以上提及的问题,建议在行业中改变喷油泵速度特性。
In current field standards and literatures,the rectifying function of delivery valve is only reflected on the speed characteristics of diesel engine and fuel injection pump,and the affection of spring rectifier to the torque reserves and rectified fuel quantity is not mentioned.Therefore,the torque curve on the speed control characteristics is different from that of the full load speed characteristics.The maximum torque on full load speed characteristics is not the maximum torque of diesel engine,and can not be taken as a basis to calculate the torque reserves,to determine the corresponding speed of the maximum torque and to inspect the maximum smoke.The maximum torque on the speed control characteristics is the actual maximum torque.In the same way during the regulating process,when the fuel injection pump is with the spring rectifier,the matching should not be done in accordance with the rectified fuel quantity of the fuel injection pump speed characteristics.In order to settle the above questions,the authors suggest that it is necessary to modify the definitions of fuel injection pump and diesel engine speed characteristics.
