摘要
为说明弹流理论在工程应用中的重要意义,特以32306型圆锥滚子轴承为例,将其在各种不同载荷和不同转速下,内外座圈与滚动体之间的线接触弹流膜,圆锥滚子大端和内圈挡边之间的点接触弹流膜的厚度进行了定量分析从而得到该型号最适宜的工作条件,为提高机械产品质量、机械产品效率和其工作寿命等提供了理论依据,也可为其他型号轴承产品或齿轮。
In order to show the importance of elastic hydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) theory in engineering practice, with the taper roll bearing of type 32306 as an example,the author calculates and studies the EHL state of line contact between the rollers and rollers' path, and the EHL state of point contact between the taper's top and the rollers'path after they are forced each other for different loading and running speed, and obtains the volume of the EHL oil film. With which we obtain the best property working condition of bearings'. The results are helpful in increasing the products' quality and efficiency and extending its life span of machine design. It can also supply the reference such as other bearings, gear and cam.
