108例呼吸衰竭患者机械通气的护理

Nursing of mechanical ventilation in 108 cases of respiratory failure

目的:总结108例呼吸衰竭患者应用机械通气的护理经验。方法:对108例呼吸衰竭患者应用呼吸机机械通气的护理过程进行总结分析。结果:治愈好转率达90.7%。结论:呼吸衰竭严重威胁着患者的生命,及时给予机械通气,加强人工气道的管理,保持呼吸道通畅,加强心理护理,做好基础护理,防止并发症是救治呼吸衰竭患者的重要环节。

Objective：To summarize the nursing experience on mechanical ventilation in 108 cases of respiratory failure.Methods： To analyze the entire process of mechanical ventilation in 108 respiratory failure patients.Results：The ratio of cure or improvement was 90%.Conclusion：Respiratory failure seriously endangers the patients′ lives.Timely mechanical ventilation,enhancing supervision on the artificial respiratory duct,strengthening psychological care and other basic nursing measures are important to rescue the patient of respiratory failure.
