首先对风险投资的产生和发展过程作了一个简要回顾，指出风险投资从它产生那天起就和新兴产业关系密切。接下来讨论了风险投资，和高新技术产业间的关系，指出风险投资对高新产业的发展起着十分重要的作用。然后对现阶段我国的高新技术产业资金来源的渠道进行了分析。最后得出结论：深化金融体制改革，拓展风险投资资金来源渠道。
First the article reviews the birth and growth of risk investment,pointing out risk investment is closely linked to newly-emerging industry;then,it discusses relations between risk investment and high-tech industry,indicating that risk investment plays a very important part in high-tech industry;after that,it analyses the sources of our present high-tech capital and finally comes to the conclusion of deepening financial system reform,expanding sources of risk investment capital and quickening the process of the industrialization of high technology.
