高效液相色谱法测定复方参芪五味咀嚼片中人参皂苷Rg_1含量

摘要 目的建立复方参芪五味咀嚼片中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil-C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20:80),检测波长为203 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果人参皂苷Rg1浓度在2.50~17.50μg.mL-1间线性关系良好,平均加样回收率94.55%,RSD=1.3%。结论该方法准确,重复性好,可用于复方参芪五味咀嚼片中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定。 Objective To establish a determination method for Ginsenoside Rg1 in shenqi wuwei chewable tablets. Methods Dikma Diamonsil-C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was used in HPLC detection.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(20:80),with a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1,detection wavelength at 203 nm and under room temperature. Results There was a good linear relationship for Ginsenoside Rg1 in range of 2.5-17.5 μg·mL-1,the average recovery rate of astragaloside was 94.55% and RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion This method is accurate,reproducible and sensitive,which can be used for the quality control of compound shenqi wuwei chewable tablets.
