摘要
目的确定复方血压安缓释片辅料的合理配比。方法用正交实验对羟丙基甲基纤维素、乳糖、微晶纤维素3因素,每因素取3水平进行实验,对实验结果分析评价。结果复方血压安缓释片缓释材料最佳配比是:羟丙基甲基纤维素、乳糖、微晶纤维素各30%。结论该辅料配比制备的复方血压安缓释片具有理想的缓释效果,且制备工艺简单。
Objective To study on the optimum proportion allocated in the supplementary material of the compound xueya'an sustained-release tablets. Methods The orthogonal design was used to optimize the concentration of hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose,lactose and microcrystalline cellulose in the compound xueya'an sustained-release tablets under three levels test and assess the results. Results The best formulation of the compound xueya'an sustained-release tablet was composed of 30% hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose,30% lactose and 30% microcrystalline cellulose. Conclusion The compound xueya'an sustained-release tablet made under the formulation shows ideal sustained-release outcome and the process is simple.
