端羟基聚丁二烯改性喷涂聚脲弹性体的制备及性能 被引量:1

摘要 以端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)和端羟基聚醚(DL-2000)与二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯反应合成A组分;以端氨基聚醚、交联剂聚醚胺和扩链剂3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二胺基二苯甲烷(MOCA)在有机铋或有机锡二月桂酸二丁基锡催化剂的作用下制备B组分;然后A、B 2组分等体积喷涂制备HTPB改性聚脲弹性体。研究了有机铋和有机锡2种催化剂、A组分中HTPB/DL-2000(质量比,下同)以及B组分的喷涂温度对HTPB改性聚脲弹性体的胶凝时间、力学性能和耐水性的影响。结果表明,有机铋催化剂的催化活性明显高于有机锡催化剂,且副反应少;随着A组分中HTPB/DL-2000的增大,聚脲弹性体的力学性能略有下降,而耐水性增强;HTPB改性聚脲弹性体的胶凝时间随B组分喷涂温度的提高大幅度缩短。 The component A was synthesized by the reaction of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene ( HTPB ) and hydroxyl-terminated polyether ( DL- 2000) with diphenylmethane diisocyanate, the component B was prepared by mixing amine-terminated polyether, crosslinker polyether amine and chain extender 3,3-dichlore-4,4 '-diaminodiphenyl methane, and then the HTPB modified polyurea elastomer was prepared by spraying the same volume of component A and component B. The effects of catalysts of organobismuth( BiCAT 8118 ) and dibutyl tin dilaurate ( DBTDL ), the HTPB/DL-2000 ( mass ratio) and the spraying temperature of component B on the gelation time, mechanical properties and water absorption were investigated. The results showed that the catalytic activity of BiCAT 8118 was higher than DBTDL. As the HTPB/DL-2000 (mass ratio) increased, also the water resistance of the polyurea elastomer increased, but the mechanical properties decreased slightly. In addition, the gelation time decreased dramatically as the spraying temperature of component B rose.
