摘要
研究了硅烷偶联剂种类及其并用对炭黑/白炭黑增强丁腈橡胶(NBR)填料网络结构及动态性能的影响。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂双-[γ-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]四硫化物(Si 69)能有效降低炭黑/白炭黑增强NBR混炼胶的Payne效应,促进填料在橡胶基体中的分散,而硅烷偶联剂3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH 550)或其与Si 69并用并未减弱NBR混炼胶的Payne效应;这2种偶联剂的加入均能有效阻止填料在硫化过程中的聚集行为,减弱硫化胶的填料网络结构,增强NBR硫化胶填料网络的瞬时恢复重建能力;硅烷偶联剂改性炭黑/白炭黑增强NBR硫化胶的Payne效应减小,其中用Si 69改性的硫化胶的Payne效应最小;KH 550或其与Si 69并用改性的硫化胶在小应变(小于30%)范围内有较低的损耗因子,而仅用Si 69可使硫化胶在整个应变振幅(0~100%)内均有较低的损耗因子。
The effect of silane coupling agent on filler network structure and dynamic mechanical properties of carbon black/silica reinforced nitrile rubber (NBR) were investigated. The results showed that after modified with his [ 3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl] tetrasulfide (Si 69 ), the Payne effect of NBR compounds was decreased effectively, and the dispersion of the fillers in rubber matrix was promoted, but the Payne effect of NBR compounds was not decreased, which was modified by 3-aminopropytlriethoxysilane (KH 550) or its mixture with Si 69. The aggregation behavior of the filler was inhibited during the vulcanization of NBR compounds, and the network structure was weakened, the ability of instantaneous reconstruction of network structure was reinforced with the two silane coupling agents. The Payne effect of NBR vuleanizates modified with silane coupling agent was weakened, especially with Si 69. The loss factor (tan 8) of NBR vuleanizates was lower within small strain (less than 30% ) , which were modified with KH 550 or its mixture with Si 69, but the tan 8 of NBR vulcanizates modified with Si 69 was the smallest within the whole strain range (0 - 100% ).
