Raypex5根尖定位仪准确性的临床应用评价

摘要 目的评价Raypex5根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度的准确性。方法选择236例502个根管。患牙随机分为两组,实验组采用Raypex5根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度,对照组采用X线法计算根管工作长度,常规根管预备充填,摄X线牙片了解其准确性,两者比较并进行统计学分析。结果实验组根管充填适充率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。不同牙位间的测量结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 Raypex5根管测量仪方便、快捷,能够准确测量根管长度,优于传统方法。 Objective To assess the accuracy of Raypex5 electronic apex locator in measuring root canal working length. Methods there were 502 mot canals of 236 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Raypex5 electronic apex locator was used to measure root canal working length in experimental group, while X-ray measurement was used in control group. All canals were prepared and filled. The accuracy was evaluated by radinlogical observation. Results The successful ratio of root canal therapy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05),but there were no significant differences between the front teeth group, the premolar group and the molar group respectively (P〉0.05). Conclusion The Raypex5 apex locator can be more accurate in tooth root eanal length measuring.
