两种医院制剂中甲硝唑的质量稳定性考察

Study on the quality stability of metronidazole in two hospital preparations

目的考察我院两种医院制剂林可霉素甲硝唑凝胶和甲硝唑氯霉素搽剂中甲硝唑的质量稳定性,为内包装选择和有效期的制定提供依据,确保医院制剂的安全有效。方法采用留样观察法对两种医院制剂中的甲硝唑进行质量稳定性观察。结果在6个月的观察期内两种医院制剂的性状、含量和微生物限度检查均符合规定。结论两种医院制剂在6个月内质量稳定可控。

OBJECTIVE Investigate the stability of metronidazole in two hospital preparations of lincomycin and metronidazole gel and metronidazole and chloramphenicol liniment.Supply proof of choosing inner packing and instituting period of validity,assure the security and availability of hospital preparation.METHODS Study on stability of metronidazole in two hospital preparations by sample observational method.RESULTS The character、content and microorganism examination of the two hospital preparations were accord with standard.CONCLUSION The quality of the two hospital preparation is stable and controlable.
