氨磷汀在肿瘤放化疗中保护作用的文献分析

Literary analysis about the protective effect of Amifostine during cancer radiotherapy or chemotherapy

目的了解氨磷汀在国人化疗、放疗中所起的保护作用,为临床更安全有效地使用该药提供有价值的信息。方法通过万方数据网收集有关氨磷汀的临床研究文献。筛选文献,进行汇总分析。结果共获得符合条件的文献22篇,涉及病例1026例。文献表明氨磷汀在肿瘤放化疗中对骨髓、唾液腺及口腔黏膜、胃肠道、肝功能、肾功能均有保护作用。结论肿瘤放化疗中氨磷汀的骨髓的保护作用确切,鼻咽癌的放疗中唾液腺及口腔黏膜的保护作用确切,对顺铂引起的肾脏毒性的保护作用确切。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the protective effects of amifostine during cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy,provide valuable information for reasonable and effective use of amifostine in clinic.METHODS The clinical research articles about amifostine wcrc searched by China Wanfang Database from 1998 to 2010.The articles were screened that include the protective effects of amifostine during chemotherapy and radiotherapy and were Pooled analysis.RESULTS 22 articles that involved in 1026 cases were gained.The articles show that amifostine has protective effect on arrow,salivary gland,oral mucosa,gastrointestinal,liver function and kidney function during chemotherapy and radiotherapy.CONCLUSION During chemotherapy and radiotherapy,the protective effects of amifostine are confirmed on the marrow,kidney function,salivary gland and Oral mucosa.Other protective effects need to be confirmed by further investigations.
