实验性中暑兔血浆内毒素与血液学指标的变化

CHANGES OF LPS CONCENTRATIONS IN PLASMA AND THE BLOOD INDEXES IN RABBITS DURING EXPERIMENTAL HEAT STROKE

目的 探讨兔中暑时血浆内毒素（ＬＰＳ）浓度与血液学指标的变化及其特点。方法 在干球温度４２℃、湿球温度３５℃、相对湿度６０％ 条件下，测定了２４ 只热暴露兔随机分为肛温维持４３℃组和肛温持续上升组。分别测定其白细胞、红细胞、血小板以及血浆内毒素（ＬＰＳ）浓度。结果 ①肛温维持组与持续上升组血浆ＬＰＳ浓度分别由实验前的０．１３９、０．１３１ｎｇ／ｍ ｌ升至０．２８５、０．２４９ｎｇ／ｍ ｌ（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）；②两组动物休克频死时，白细胞总数，淋巴细胞和中间细胞百分率与绝对值等指标与实验前相比，均有明显差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。其变化规律：淋巴细胞百分率呈上升趋势，其余指标均为下降；③两组动物在Ｔｒ ４３℃和死前，红细胞总数、全血血红蛋白浓度和红细胞压积三项指标均呈进行性升高，但与实验前相比，仅在死亡前差异有显著性（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）；④肛温维持组动物实验前与死亡前血小板计数分别为：（３６３．２５±１１０．７６）×１０９／Ｌ和（２２１．７５±８９．９３）×１０９ ／Ｌ，肛温持续上升组则分别为（３４８．６７±７１．６０）×１０９／Ｌ和（１９７．３３±６７．２４）×１０９／Ｌ。

Objective To investigate the changes of LPS concentrations in plasma and the blood indexes and their characteristics in rabbits during experimental heat stroke.Method LPS concentrations in plasma,white blood cells,red blood cells and platelet were determined in 24 anesthetised rabbits heat stressed under circumstances of dry bulb temperature 42℃,wet bulb temperature 35℃ and 60% relative humidity.The rabbits were divided into two groups:group I with sustaining Tr 43℃ and group Ⅱ with continuously rising Tr.Result LPS concentrations in plasma increased respectively from 0.139,0.131ng/ml to 0.285,0.249ng/ml for both groups (P<0.05).Compared with pre experiment,the total number of WBC and the percentage and absolute values of lymphocyte and the intermediate cells were of obvious difference(P<0.05):the percentage of lymphocyte showed a tendency to increase,whereas other indexes tended to decrease.Under Tr 43℃ and before death,the total number of RBC,Hb concentrations and hematocrit values showed a continuous increase in both groups,but the difference was significant only before death.The numbers of platelet before experiment and prior to death were respectively(363.25+110.26)×10 9/L and (221.75+89.93)×10 9/L for group I,and (384.67+71.60)×10 9/L and (197.33+67.24)×10 9/L for group Ⅱ.Conclusion The heat shock causes an increase of LPS concentrations in plasma and has an extensive effect on blood cells of animals.
