摘要
城市基础设施关系到城市经济、社会和环境的和谐发展,是整个城市的经济社会活动和市民的物质文化生活的重要保证。此文界定了城市基础设施的涵义和主要内容,对城市基础设施系统与可持续发展的关系进行了辨证分析,阐述城市基础设施在经济、社会、环境系统和谐发展过程中的重要性,在深入探讨城市基础设施系统可持续发展的因果回路的基础上,构建城市基础设施系统管理的动态调控模型。开展此项研究有利于帮助决策者分析、确定城市基础设施各子系统的规模和技术水平,为城市规划、建设及经营管理提供参考依据。
The urban infrastructure influences harmonious development of economy, society and environment in city, which maintains and guarantees the whole economic social activity and citizen＇s culture with physical life. Firstly urban infrastructure is defined and its main contents are described in the paper, the relation-ship between urban infrastructure system and sustainable development is analyzed, and then the importance of urban infrastructure is discussed in the process of sustainable development of economy, society and environment system. Finally based on studying the causal circle of sustainable development in urban infrastructure system thoroughly, the dynamic model of urban infrastructure management is put forward to adjust and control the development, which provides an effective reference and valid path of city plan-ning, construction and management for decision -maker.
