清理概算是确定和控制铁路工程投资的重要环节,是对一个项目全部投资的总结算。此文结合奎北铁路的概算清理实例,对开展该项工作的作用和意义、应遵循的原则进行归纳总结。对施工图量差、I类变更、新增工程和政策性调整等概算清理内容作出重点和深入分析,并提出相应建议,以期为清理概算工作的更好完成提供帮助。

Budget estimate settlement, which is an important part in confirming and controlling investment in the railway project, is a lump sum for the total investment of a certain project. Combining with the budget es-timate settlement of Kuibei railway as example, this paper tries to summarize the role of budget estimate settlement and the principles in the process of this work. It put importance to analyse construction drawing differences, Class -I changes,added projects, policy adjustment in depth within the budget estimate set-tlement. This paper gives corresponding suggestions to offer some help to the better completion for budget estimate settlement work.
