摘要
目前我国城市轨道交通建设存在投资额巨大、造价普遍偏高等问题。为提高城市轨道交通项目的投资控制水平,此文在投资控制的关键阶段,即设计阶段引入WBS理论,以《城市轨道交通工程设计概预算编制办法》为依据,将城市轨道交通项目概算编制单元逐一分解,最终建立WBS树状结构模型。通过构建WBS模型找到城市轨道交通项目投资控制的关键点,并针对这些关键点提出相应的投资控制方法,以期提高投资控制水平。
Currently, the investments of the urban rail transit projects are generally large and the costs are usually high. In order to raise the investment control level of the urban rail transit projects, this paper applied the WBS theory in the key investment control stage,design stage. According to the urban rail transit projects design estimated budget compiling methods, this paper broke down the budget units of urban rail transit projects and established the WBS tree structure. Through the establishment of the WBS, the key control nodes were identified. Also the relevant control methods are proposed toward these key control nodes so as to raise the investment control level.
