摘要
研究普洱茶预防SD大鼠高脂血症及抗氧化、保护血管内皮的作用及机制。SD大鼠高脂饲料造模的同时给予不同剂量普洱茶35 d,检测体重及血脂水平;血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)、微量丙二醛(malondialchehyche,MDA);血浆6-酮-前列腺素F1a(6-keto-prostaglandin F1a,6-keto-PGF1a)、血栓素B2(thromboxane B2,TXB2)。进行主动脉病理组织学检查。结果显示:普洱生茶及熟茶组与模型组相比:体重明显减轻。血清总胆固醇(total choles-terol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)明显降低。血清MDA生成减少,SOD,GSH-PX活性增强,其中熟茶组的作用更明显。血浆6-keto-PGF1a浓度增加,TXB2浓度降低。主动脉血管壁内皮细胞损伤减轻。普洱茶能够预防高脂饲料模型所致SD大鼠高脂血症,熟茶的作用更显著。普洱茶具有保护血管内皮的作用,其作用机制可能与其抗氧化,促进PGI2合成,抑制TXA2合成有关。
To explore the effects and mechanisms of Puer tea on hyperlipidemia prevention,antioxidation,vascular endothelium protection.Hyperlipemia was successfully induced in SD rats by high-lipid diet.Different doses of Puer tea were administered to these rats for 35 days started from the 28th day of induction.Body weights of all animals were recorded during experiment.At experimental endpoint,blood lipids levels,activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),malondialchehyche(MDA) in serum were measured,as well as plasma levels of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1a(6-keto-PGF1a)and thromboxane B2(TXB2).Aortas were collected to examine morphological changes.The comparison among fermenting and fermented Puer tea groups and model group revealed that:(1)Bodyweights were remarkably reduced in Puer tea groups;(2)Serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)were decreased significantly Puer tea groups;(3)Activities of SOD and GSH-PX increased significantly,however,the MDA contents decreased in Puer tea groups(the effect of fermented Puer tea was more significant than fermenting Puer tea);(4)Plasma TXB2 content decreased significantly,6-keto-PGF1a increased in Puer tea groups.And the endothelial cells damage was reduced.(1)Puer tea can prevent high lipid diet induced hyperlipidemia,fermented Puer tea shows a stronger lipid down regulation effect than fermenting Puer tea;(2)Puer tea can protect vascular endothelial cells,and this effect may relate with increasing plasma levels of PGI2 and decreasing that of TXA2.
