Law belief and construction of harmonious society

通过对法律信仰与和谐理念的分析,对和谐理念给予一种历史的、坐标性的价值定位,认为法律信仰是建构和谐社会的应有之义,法律信仰危机是导致社会不和谐的重要原因之一。针对中国社会的现状,分析法律信仰对于建构和谐社会的必要性,指出和谐社会中法律信仰建构的根本途径是呼唤德性的回归。

The paper gave the concept of harmony a historical and coordinate value orientation from analyzing the idea of law belief and the concept of harmony,and thought that law belief is included in the construction of the harmonious society.The crisis of law belief is one of the important reasons of causing disharmonic phenomena.According to China＇s social status,it analyzed the necessity of law belief for constructing the harmonious society,and pointed out that the basic way of law belief construction in the harmonious society is calling virtue regression.
