制度反腐是反腐败的治本之策。当前中国在制度反腐方面仍存在制度意识不强、制度存在缺陷、制度执行不力等突出问题,应加强制度意识,健全制度体系,强化制度执行,将党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争推向一个新高度。

Anti-corruption by institution is the fundamental strategy.At present,there are still many outstanding problems in the institutional anti-corruption in China,such as the consciousness of system is not strong,there are some deficiencies in the system,and the enforcement of system is inadequate and so on.So the consciousness of system should be strengthened,the system should be perfected,and the enforcement of system should be strengthened,so that clean government building and struggle against corruption can be better optimized.
