摘要
认知心理学认为长时记忆知识体系中包含陈述性知识、程序性知识和条件性知识。为提高元认知策略使用水平,学习者需要将其陈述性、程序性知识转化为条件性知识。只有当这种转化在大脑中达到自动化程度后,学习者在学习过程中才能更有效地使用元认知策略,提高学习效率,改善学习效果。
Cognitive psychologists believe that knowledge in long-term memory can be classified into declarative knowledge,procedural knowledge and conditional knowledge.The interplay of declarative knowledge,procedural knowledge and conditional knowledge is critical to learners if they want to enhance their utilization of metacognitive strategies.Learners can improve their learning effect if they are able to change the declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge into conditional knowledge automatically in the process of learning.Consequently,they will be able to utilize the metacognitive strategies more effectively and boost their learning outcomes.
