油气田公司适应低碳经济发展的对策

Adaptive Strategies of PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gasfield Company to Cope with Low-carbon Economy Development

低碳经济是以低能耗、低排放为基础的经济模式。油气田公司作为能源生产和消耗的大企业,理应积极适应我国低碳经济发展的要求,抓住机遇制定发展对策。为此,分析了油气田公司适应低碳经济发展面临的机遇和挑战,提出了在低碳经济环境下油气田公司应加强低碳管理、形成低碳技术体系、培育低碳文化以及加强低碳交流合作的对策。

Low-carbon economy, being a kind of economic mode with low energy-consumption and low emission, has been rising in recent years. Being an important enterprise for energy production and consumption, PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gasfield Company should meet requirements of low-carbon economy development in China actively and put forward enterprise ’ s low-carbon economy strategies. Based on analysis of opportunities and challenges faced by the company during suiting low-carbon economy development, adaptive strategies such as strengthen low-carbon management, establish low-carbon technology system, foster low-carbon culture and enhance communication and cooperation on low-carbon affairs are put forward.
