摘要
油气田工程物资管理是控制投资成本的重要手段。对工程物资需求和钻井进尺的关系进行了研究,得出了其间的比值关系以及油管、套管与钻井进尺的回归公式并进行了预测;根据工程物资随机型需求控制系统模型,研究了A公司的合理库存;通过与实际库存的比对,找出了库存升高的主要原因,如工程物资需求的不确定性,原材料价格上涨,套管、油管采购量突增,A公司业务扩展及气田开发重点转移等;提出了分类采购分类管理、建立库存余料管理机制、整合资源建立联合库存管理模式、保持合理的半成品存货、充分发挥信息在物资管理中的作用等一系列管理策略。
Project materials management, as one of important means for controlling investment cost in oil and gas field companies, should be paid attentions by oil and gas field companies. Before case study, the ratio between project material requirements and drilling footage and the regression equations between casing&tubing and drilling footage are got by analyzing relationships between project material requirements and drilling footage. According to the independent demand control system model on project materials, the rational inventory of A Company is analyzed. Compared with actual inventory, the reasons of high storage in A Company are caused by uncertainty of project material requirements, increase of raw material price, sudden increase of casing and tubing purchase, business expansion of A Company and changes of development emphasis and so on. Aiming at these problems, here are some suggestions for improving project materials management of A Company, which are implementing catalogue purchase and classification management, establishing the remnant inventory mechanism, constructing Jointly Managed Inventory, sustaining rational ratio of semi-finished inventory and playing the role of information in materials management.
