世博集约交通理念的实践

Practice of Intensive Traffic Idea of World Expo

上海世博期间背景交通出行小幅增长,世博交通以集约化为主导,未对全市交通产生较大影响。但随着背景交通和世博客流的逐月增加,全市快速路、轨道交通系统的服务水平呈现日益趋紧的态势。该文梳理世博交通的筹备规划及组织过程,从设施供给、管控政策、引导措施、信息服务等多个方面挖掘总结世博集约交通理念的实践情况。世博集约交通的实现途径包括倾向性的设施供给、人性化的管控措施、主动性的引导措施和全方位的信息服务。这些实践经验将为世博后的城市交通日常管理提供有益的经验。

During the period of Shaihai World Expo, traffic trip is increasing maily with intensive traffic, and has little influence on the whole urban traffic. With the increase of passenger flow in World Expo period,service level of the whole urban expressway and rail transit system is increasingly strainen. This paper introduced the planning and organization process of Word Expo traffic from aspects of facilities supplying, management policy,guiding methods and information service. The realization ways of Word Expo intensive traffic included tendencious facilities supply, humanistic management methods, initiative guiding measures and omnidirectional information services. The practice experiences could provide useful experiences to urban traffic management.
