浙江省全日制本科毕业护士自我效能感的调查分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解全日制本科毕业护士的自我效能感及其影响因素,探索提高其自我效能感的方法。方法采用一般资料问卷、一般自我效能感量表,以便利抽样法对浙江省杭州市区省市级医院385名全日制本科毕业护士进行调查。结果全日制本科毕业护士自我效能感总分为(2.46±0.47)分,处于低下水平,其医院级别、所在科室、工作年限、高中文理分科等对自我效能感均有影响(P〈0.05)。结论护理院校和医院应制订相应的培养方案,提高本科护理专业学生和护士的自我效能感,最大限度地发挥他们的潜能和主观能动性,推动护理队伍的建设,从而为提供高质量的护理服务奠定人力基础。 Objective To understand self-efficacy of full-time undergraduate level nurses and its influencing factors and to explore a way to improving nurses’ self-efficacy. Methods A convenience sample of 385 full-time undergraduate level nurses in the provincial and municipal hospitals of Hangzhou city area were considered as subjects,and they were surveyed by using a general information questionnaire and a general self-efficacy questionnaire. Results The total score of the nurses’ self-efficacy was 2.46±0.47,and the nurses had low general self-efficacy. The factors such as hospital level,working department,division of science or liberal arts in high school,and computer skills had significant influence on the nurses’ self-efficacy(P0.05). Conclusions Nursing schools and hospitals should formulate relevant education plans to improve self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students and nurses,give full play to their potential and subjective initiative,and promote the development of nursing team in order to lay a human resource foundation for providing high-quality nursing care service.
