血管加压素联合肾上腺素在临床心肺复苏中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究血管加压素联合肾上腺素在心肺复苏中的作用。方法以42例心跳、呼吸骤停患者作为治疗组,予血管加压素联合肾上腺素治疗,以44例标准剂量肾上腺素救治的心跳、呼吸骤停患者为对照组,分别观察自主循环恢复率、自主呼吸、神经意识恢复率及其恢复时间、出院存活率、复苏后血压等。结果治疗组自主循环恢复率为66.67%、自主呼吸恢复率为42.86%、神经意识恢复率和出院存活率均为28.57%,明显高于对照组的34.09%、22.73%和11.36%。治疗组复苏后平均动脉压(84.54±26.25)mmHg,明显高于对照组的(64.12±24.97)mmHg。结论心肺复苏时血管加压素联合肾上腺素的应用,较单用肾上腺素能显著提高自主循环恢复率、呼吸及神经意识恢复率、出院存活率,使复苏后血压显著升高。 Objective To study the effects of the combination of vasopressin and epinephrin in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods 42 cardiac arrest patients who were given the treatment of combination of vasopressin and epinephrin were grouped as the treatment group, and the other 44 cardiac arrest patients who were given standard doses of adrenaline treatment as control group. Then, the recovery rates and recovery time of spontaneous circulation, spontaneous breathing and nerve consciousness were observed respectively. The survival rate and the blood pressure after recovery, and so on were also observed. Results The recovery rates of spontaneous circulation, spontaneous breathing and nerve consciousness were 66.67%, 42.86% and 28.57% respectively in treatment group, which were significantly higher than the rates of 34.09%, 22.73% and 11.36% in control group. The survival rate and the mean arterial pressure after recovery in treatment group were 28.57% and (84.54±26.25) mmHg, which were also significantly higher than 11.36% and (64.12±24.97) mmHg in the control group. Conclusion Compared with single using of adrenaline in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, can significantly improve the recovery rates of and nerve consciousness.
