中医防治乳腺癌复发与转移的策略与方法

乳腺癌的发病率呈明显上升趋势,乳癌的复发与转移是乳癌患者的最大威胁,针对这一环节,提出中医防治乳癌复发与转移的思路与方法。以中医理论及"治未病"的理论,结合乳癌相关的研究文献,分析该病的中医病因病机、揭实乳癌转移的基本病理过程,阐释中医防治乳癌复发与和转移的思路与方法。提出了乳腺癌中医的防治理念与策略,以疏肝,调畅情志为中心,滋养先后天,调摄冲任为本,兼顾袪邪,共同为防治乳癌复发、转移的基本原则。防治乳癌复发与转移,中医药可发挥其的特色与优势。

The incidence of breast cancer has been rising sharply in recent years.Recurrence and metastasis of the disease become a major threat to women＇s health.Focusing on this issue,the application of TCM approach to prevent the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer is discussed in this article.The development of a standardized infrastructure on breast cancer treatment using TCM strategies will also be investigated,pointing out the characteristics and advantages of TCM therapy.The pathology,diagnosis and treatment and the concept of ＂treating preventable diseases＂ are analyzed based on the TCM theory with the references of breast cancer related literature,giving an insight into the pathological process of breast cancer recurrence and metastasis.The advantages of using TCM treatment in this area will be illustrated.Soothing the liver and regulating emotions are the key principles and strategies of TCM treatment on breast cancer;nourishing both the spleen and kidneys,fostering and balancing Chong and Ren,and strengthen the body＇s resistance to eliminate Xie（pathogenic factors）,all contribute to the prevention and treatment of breast cancer as well as its recurrence and metastasis.
