摘要
通过对美国的农药安全使用制度进行分析,认为其农户农药使用制度基本体现了质量控制的三层次:事前控制、事中控制、事后控制,提出应借鉴美国的农药使用制度对我国的农户安全农药使用管理制度进行完善,最后以海南豇豆超标事件为例分析农户农药使用制度完善的方面。
According to the analysis of pesticides regulations of USA,the paper finds that the pesticides regulations of USA embody three administrative levels in quality control： feed forward control,events control and feed back control.It suggests that we can use the pesticides regulations of USA for reference and perfect our country＇s pesticides regulations.Lastly,it proposes some suggestions for the pesticides regulations by analyzing the event of Hainan pesticide residue on cowpea in 2010.
