动态脉搏波阻抗与血液动力学参数关系的研究

摘要 生物阻抗测量容易受到多种因素的干扰,形成较大的个体差异,测量精度难以提高。本文通过分析,提出了对阻抗容积描记术原理的改进方案,并利用悬浮物质电导率原理和泊萧叶流量定律,从理论中找到了影响脉搏波阻抗测量的因素。试验的结果表明利用理论的成果和方法实现血液动力学参数较高精度的无创检测。 Bio--impedance measurement accuracy is difficult to improve because of individual variances,measuring conditions and many other factors. The paper suggests the project of improving impedance plethysmography,then utilizes the conductivity principle of suspending material and flux law of posieuille,at last achieves theoretically the factors that influence measurement accuracy of Bio-impedance. The experiments gain the accuracy hemodynamics parameters of non--invasive measurement with the theoretic result and method.
