低温等离子处理联合鼻炎片治疗肥厚性鼻炎疗效观察

目的探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子处理下鼻甲及鼻中隔病变术后应用鼻炎片的疗效。方法对90例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者行鼻内镜下低温等离子处理下鼻甲及鼻中隔病变术后随机分为研究组和对照组，二组患者均行低温等离子处理下鼻甲及鼻中隔病变，研究组术后继续服用鼻炎片。比较二组患者鼻塞程度VAS评分。结果二组患者术前VAS评分差异无统计学意义，术后2周、4周、6周研究组VAS评分为3．24-1．6、1．2±0．8和0．9±0．7，明显低于对照组5．8±1．4、2．44-1．1和1．5±0．9，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）；术后1年时研究组VAS评分为0．18±0．11，对照组为0．194-0．14，差异无统计学意义（p〉0．05）。结论鼻炎片对低温等离子术后促进鼻黏膜愈合、消除黏膜水肿有显著疗效。

Objective To study the low temperature plasma treatment endoscopic inferior turbinate and nasal septum lesions film after application of rhinitis patients. Methods 90 cases of patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis PLASMA TREATMENT endoscopic inferior turbinate and nasal septum lesions were randomly divided into study group and control group, two patients underwent low-temperature plasma treatment of the inferior turbinate and nasal septum lesions, the study group patients rhinitis and continue taking tablets. Degree of nasal obstruction compared two groups of patients VAS score. Two groups of patients before the results of VAS score difference was not statistically significant after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks of group VAS score was 3.2 ± 1.6,1.2 ±0.8 and 0.9 ±0.7, significantly lower than the control group 5.8± 1.4, 2.4 ± 1.1 and 1.5 ± 0.9, the difference was statistically significant （p 〈0.001）; research group at 1 year after surgery VAS score was 0.18± 0.11, control group was 0.19 ± 0.14, the difference was not statistically significant （p〉 0.05）. Conclusion rhinitis tablets after low temperature plasma to promote healing of the nasal mucosa, mucosal edema eliminate a significant effect.
