摘要
目的：探讨护理干预在脑外伤吞咽功能障碍患者中的护理效果，总结护理经验。方法：将60例脑外伤吞咽功能障碍患者随机分成观察组和对照组各30例，观察组采用护理干预，对照组采用传统的护理方法，比较二者的吞咽功能和患者满意度。结果：观察组患者吞咽功能评分和患者满意度均好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：护理干预可以有效促进脑损伤后吞咽功能障碍的恢复，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore effect of nursing intervention for patients with swallowing dysfunction after brain injury, and to sum up the nursing experience. Methods：60 cases patients were divided into the intervention group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）.The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method, the intervention group took the nursing intervention, and. then compared the swallowing and satisfaction to nurses of them. Results： Comparing the nursing results of two groups, the nursing effect of intervention group was significantly higher than control group（P 〈 0.01）, such as the swallowing function score and satisfaction to nurses of them. Conclusion：Nursing intervention can be more effectively alleviate swallowing dysfunction after brain injury,improve their satisfaction to nurses, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
